I never knew I could learn a life lesson from a dog but I did. Watch in HQ on the bottom right.
If it’s not working for you try something different. If your brave enough to share a “short” life lesson do so in the comments.

Do you think you will build a buying reputation fast if your marketing offer read
“If you don’t get an offer from me….
I’ll give you $100.00 for FREE! “
Bold statement?
Yes.
Unrealistic?
No.
Every business needs a marketing plan and every business needs to advertise and promote their products and services and yours is no different.
I just finished a summary of the book “The Irresistible Offer” by Mark Joyner. He calls it an irresistible offer and I have created a hybrid called the marketing offer.
Without a marketing offer know one knows who you are, what you do and you’re fighting the daily battle of business survival.
Take the Real Estate MaestroTM as an example.
The Name
Maestro mean “master” or “teacher”. I’ve been doing this for 20 years and taught thousands of students along the way. The name gives comfort to individuals looking for an experienced real estate investor / educator who actually does his own coaching and training classes.
My USP / Unique Selling Proposition
“Educate, Orchestrate and Activate”
From my members area, thru my coaching services and all the way up to my one on one mentoring, the goal of every product and service I offer revolves around the “educate, Orchestrate and Activate” tag line. I want you to go out and do this business (activate) so you can be successful.
What is your Marketing Offer? Let me know in the comments below and I’ll give you some feedback
