Today’s economy has caused a lot of people to think about today’s Real Estate opportunities or the lack there of.  The media has successfully manipulated most into believing there is no opportunity in Real Estate and that the world as we know it is over.

I thought this would be an excellent opportunity to bring people into a Free Real Estate Seminar, teach them the in’s and outs and GIVE someone an opportunity, a FREE HOUSE.

During a simple game of fetch, I was reminded of the saying “do what makes you the happiest!”  The one thing my puppy loves to do is fetch her Kong frisbee.

In early Dec. 2008 I saw a preview for a new show on MTV called “Nitro Circus”.  30 minutes of crazy stunts preformed by Travis Pastrana and his crew.  Travis is a free style motorcycle rider who was the first to land a double back flip on a motorcycle during the X Games.

Why Would Some One Risk Their Life To Compete?

Travis wants to compete and dominate his sport, thats why he risks his life flipping a motorcycle.

I believe that Travis has learned how to regulate his fear factor and control it so he can go out and do things that others perceive as risky.

I’m going to use real estate investing because that’s how we met.

I believe that you would love to have the self confidence knowing that you own 25 units or more.  I believe your time would be consumed with events that you love because you have passive income.  I know it my heart that you would leave this earth with a huge smile knowing your loved ones have a financial head start. Lastly I know you would try other things in life because you had success in real estate.

I also believe you’re in “mental hell”.  “I want to……. but the world sucks and I don’t want to get sucked in and lose everything that I have.”  “I should do something in case I lose my job but I don’t know what to do so I’ll wait for the media to tell me when its safe”.  By then it could be to late.

I believe you must have a private victory (in your mind) before you can have a public victory (in your life).  I don’t know who I stole that from.

On Feb 20 - 21 2009, which some of my “crew” are calling my career killing dates, during my totally FREE workshop I will provide that private victory. During my training, I am going to give one of the attendees a property that they can resell for a profit.  This will be done with my money, my risk, all you have to do is be the person whose name is drawn and its yours.

I know when the winner of that free property sells it and makes a profit, that one little success will give them the confidence to go out and repeat it.  Success builds on success and then watch out for that person.
