No Motive - Just A Gift
I close all of my seminars with a few things every Real Estate Entrepreneur should do.
1- Spend 5 hours a week in your real estate business.
2- Spend 1 hour a week thinking of different ways to grow your business. (E-Myth)
3- Spend 1 hour a week filling your head with good, positive uplifting material.
One of the best books that you can read is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. If you haven’t read it, I think you should and if you have read it, I think you should read it again.
I have an electronic copy of the book for you. Click Here to Get Your Book.
I have no motive other than asking you to make a comment below. I just want your 2009 to be your best income year ever.

Mike’s info is very insightful. It is useful and realty based.
Even here in Las Vegas, opportunities abound if you have the right perspective and knowledge!
Mike,
You are a great writer and speaker because you give good information in a clear, simple way that is easy to understand and to put into action. You are also very sincere and this combination is awesome for teaching real estate which can be overwhelming when we think about all the risks involved. More power to you!!

I’ve known Mike for years now. He had several speaking engagements here in the SF Bay Area and I attended 95% of his real estate seminars. We became buddies because he’s nice and approachable guy.Because of his broad knowledge and experience, it’s just make sense to listen and follow what he has to say or offer. I’ll see you at the top!!!
Mike…. You ROCK!
Thanks for the book. No doubt Napolean Hill’s princples and
theory’s are a life changer. He is “the forefather” and basis
of all current motivational speakers. Anyone heard of
“The Secret”? Well all the Guru’s in that movie got their
info from Napolean Hill’s work.
Thanks Mike for your straight talk about the obvious technigues
used by Seminar companies to get people to impulsively
spend huge money on Courses and Materials that I would bet 95%
of people never complete for about “6.2 Reasons”!
An excellent book. The power of positive thinking can’t be understated. Ask and you shall receive. Thanks for the digital copy and thanks for all the good advice and encouragement.
