The Real Estate Maestro™ is a

National Real Estate Instructor
Active Real Estate Investor
Current Real Estate Agent
Active Private Mortgage Buyer

By social standards I have been labeled a failure, hey college wasn't for me. Some of the greatest business minds didn't make it through college. I dropped out of college to pursue "other interests." That's code for "I have no idea what I'm going to be or do when I grow up."

I became interested in Real Estate back in 1988. I watched a guy from Vietnam talk about his real estate riches on late night television surrounded by cute girls. Can you guess who it was?

It took some time before I got the guts to actually get involved in Real Estate. My introduction, or lets call it my immersion, took place after I bought the "Dave Del Datto" home study system in the fall of 1989 from a late night infomercial. When I got my box, I read the material but couldn't figure out where to start, so I just jumped in.

Although my start was slow, full of mistakes and I had lost more money then I care to admit, I eventually, over a 4 and 1/2 year time frame, got it. A good friend of mine calls himself a seasoned investor because he has lost a lot of money along the way. I guess that fits me as well.

I started out as a Debt buyer. I bought notes and receivables all over the US. I Quickly moved into what I call "sticks and bricks" purchases which is the Real Estate and buildings, not just the debt.

I have bought fixed, flipped and sold homes, bought rentals, bought seller financed notes, bought and fixed mobile homes, bought mobile home notes, lease optioned homes, optioned real estate and have owned mixed use commercial real estate as well.

In 1995 I became a Real Estate Coach. For the last 13 years I have taken students one on one through an educational process that focuses on "Change".

The difference between myself and all the other Real Estate educators is found in my business tag line. I know for a fact it doesn't cost $45,000 for a great real estate education, it should cost you around $44,000—(I'm totally kidding). If you paid that much for classes, seminars and bootcamps why?

My job is to coach you. To help you move past yourself and into a successful, profitably, real estate transaction. I am here to "educate, orchestrate and activate" your real estate business. (my business tag line)

I am one of the newest real estate guys out on the Internet but I have been investing and coaching people for years. I don't hold anything back, I know people want a return on their investment and I give them as much content as they can handle. I also know a large percentage of people want a coach or a mentor to guide them through their transactions, which is why I have programs that will do just that.

You will pay for your education one-way or the other. Meaning, you can hire a professional like myself, who has walked that path you want to take and you can learn from my successes and failures or your can go it alone. Either way it will cost you money and I can guarantee you, paying a professional will be a lot less than going it alone.
